WHO ARE WE
The Arizona 4 Wheel Drive Association (A4WDA), is a not for profit organization dedicated to the responsible family four wheeling and motorized outdoor recreation. The association was incorporated in 1965, formerly the Arizona State Association of 4 Wheel Drive Clubs (ASA4WDC). We have updated our name to make it easier to remember and shorter.
Our mission is to promote a more responsible attitude towards the use of motorized vehicles on public lands. To encourage state and federal land management agencies to develop and maintain roads and trails for outdoor motorized recreation.
The A4WDA is made up of full size vehicle "Member Clubs" in the state of Arizona. The clubs are located in all parts of our state with the greatest concentration in the greater Phoenix area, also in the southern part of the state in Tucson and Sierra Vista. The northern part of state has clubs in Bullhead City and Parker.
The A4WDA member clubs work with the local forest service districts and Game and Fish on adopt-a-trails and adopt-a-ranches throughout the state.
The A4WDA participates in planning process and trail maintenance with local and federal land managers.

What is Jeep Ducking and why did it start
Do you know the origin of the Duck Duck movement?
The following is from the following website - www.rd.com/article/jeep-ducks/ and ranwhenparked.net/when-did-jeep-ducking-start/
As a long time jeep owner both CJ and Wrangler TJ, it is a passion for most of us. We love our jeeps, whether they are stock off the showroom floor or highly modified. Jeep is a brand that has a dedicated base that seems to be brought togehter through a shared passion for Wranglers, Cherokees—and now Jeep ducks.
How did Jeep ducking start?
The movement now known as Jeep Ducking began in 2020, during the early days of COVID. it started in Ontario, Canada by a jeep owner named Allison Parliament, who had an ugly spat at a gas station parking lot. She relied on a friend for a much-needed pit stop to calm down before continuing on the road.
Allison thanked her friend by buying a bag of rubber duckies and hid them around his house as a joke before heading north to her familys home. Before the ducks were scattered around her friend’s home, she put a single yellow duck on a stranger’s Jeep in the store’s parking lot, with a simple note saying “nice Jeep.”
The owner of the Jeep saw her, laughed then suggested that she post about it on social media. So that is how the duck movement started. It now has more than 73,000 fans (and growing as of June 2023) on Facebook. Allisons social media group is now the official Jeep duck account recognized by Jeep itself!
Jeep Ducking has also become a symbol of community and shared fun amoung Jeep enthusiasts.
